Yes, we offer the convenience of home sample collection for lab tests. During your consultation, if the doctor recommends any necessary tests, you can choose to have a qualified lab scientist visit your home to collect the samples (- Not currently available nationwide). Alternatively, you can also opt to visit one of our partner laboratories for sample collection.

Goch Health Services provides multiple options for receiving your prescribed medications. You can choose to have them delivered to your doorstep through our integrated pharmacy network. Alternatively, you can select a nearby pharmacy from our network and pick up your medications at your convenience.

Payments for medications are made directly to the pharmacies in our network. Once you receive your prescription, you can choose to pay for the medications either online during the ordering process or at the pharmacy when picking them up. For laboratory investigations, the payment is typically made directly to the laboratory. Our platform provides secure payment options to ensure a smooth transaction process.

While many consultations can be effectively conducted remotely, there are cases where a physical examination by a doctor is necessary. In such instances, our doctors will assess the situation during the consultation and, if needed, refer you to our closest partner hospital for a physical examination.
